How long is delivery? Shipping is 7-14*** working days from the day you receive notice of shipment. We are not responsible or have any control over courier deliveries, schedules or delays.

I haven't received my order? If 14 working days after receiving your shipping email has passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us at; orders.sweettreatsboutique@gmail.com

Please add your order number as the reference.

Please allow up to 21 working days for personalised orders from the day you receive your shipping email. Our supplier ships straight to our customer.

How do I contact you with a general enquiry? Please contact us at; sales.sweettreatsboutique@gmail.com

My order has arrived broken? Please contact us within 24 hours at orders.sweettreatsboutique@gmail.com along with your order number, pictures of the broken item and all it's packaging. We need these to show evidence to the courier.

My sweets have arrived broken squashed or melted? Broken or squashed sweets can still be eaten, we will not refund or replace these items. During warm weather we will delay sending items which may melt. If you decided to take that risk, you take responsibility for any products you receive melted. We will NOT replace or refund these orders as you were warned against it.

What if my order goes missing? We are not liable for any missing or damaged packages during transit and we are not obliged to refund or replace missing deliveries, you will need to contact the courier but we can assist in helping you doing that.

I have missed my delivery? If you miss a parcel and it's returned to our supplier or us, you're liable to pay for the return back to you postage and any other fees. If you don't pay for the redelivery in 28 days from the missed delivery attempt, your item will be disposed of and you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Where can I find ingredient information? We try our best to put ingredients to each product on our website but this is not always possible. We do try our best but ingredients are constantly changing products and their ingredients. We do strongly advice you to do your own research, we are NOT liable and hold NO responsibility for doing this. We do have dedicated collections for dietary needs, ie Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Vegan etc, You can also contact us to discuss any issues you have at; sales.sweettreatsboutique@gmail.com

* Working days is Monday to Friday. We DO NOT work on Bank Holidays or Weekends.

** Courier information can be found on there websites. We use Evri and Royal Mail. You can find out which courier has your parcel by going onto your order when you receive the tracking/shipping reference.
